CHM Documentation Troubleshooting How-To

If you are having problems viewing CHM files, you might be seeing a blank explorer screen when you click on any of the subject headings contained in the file. If this is the case then do the following actions:

1. Download CHM documentation file and save it to disk
2. Right-click on the CHM file and select Properties from the provided menu
3. Click on the Unblock button at the bottom as shown below:
   
   

You will be able to view normal CHM file after executing these steps.
